Privacy Notice
JubileeHub helps the school manage learning and communicate with students, families, and staff. This page explains what information the portal uses and how to ask about it.
Information we use
The portal uses account and contact details, class and school-year assignments, and information needed for sign-in. School work may include attendance, PACE, lessons, assignments, quiz answers, grades, files, notes, messages, and progress. Profile photos and activity records are used when those features are used.
Why we use it
We use this information to run school accounts, teach and assess students, track attendance and progress, communicate school updates, protect accounts, and recover school records after a problem.
Who can see it
Access depends on the person's school role. Students see their own records. Teachers see records needed for their assigned classes. Linked parents or guardians see their student's information. Authorized administrators manage school records and accounts. Other students cannot see private school work or messages.
Services used by the portal
JubileeHub uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud to manage sign-in, school records, files, and recovery copies. It uses Resend to deliver school emails. Email notices may contain names, class or assignment titles, and announcement text; announcement emails may also include attachments. The portal also keeps limited information in the browser for sign-in, notifications, and faster page loading.
How long information is kept
School records from earlier years remain available as read-only history. Some temporary security and performance records expire automatically. Recovery copies may include older information. The school is finalizing a detailed retention schedule, so a single deletion date does not yet apply to every kind of record. Ask the school office about a specific record.
Questions and requests
You may ask to see or correct your information, or ask how it is used or retained. A parent or guardian may ask on behalf of a child after the school verifies the relationship. Visit the school office at 85 General Tinio St., Morning Breeze Subdv., Caloocan City. The school will verify your identity before discussing private records.
For students
Your information at school
JubileeHub keeps your lessons, work, attendance, and progress so you and your teachers can use them. Your teachers and the school staff who need the information can see it. Your linked parent or guardian can see your school progress. Other students cannot see your private work or messages.
If something about you looks wrong, or you want to know what the school keeps, ask a parent or guardian or speak with the school office. Do not put passwords or private information in a message to other students.
